        Arjun is B.Sc Agriculture. After completing his degree he visited his village and found people were using old techniques of farming, due to which the yield is low. Moreover the soil is not in use accordance with its components. He met Sarpanch, asked people to assemble in the out skirts of the village close to the agriculture fields. He told them about the various new techniques, to add potassium manures; phosphates; nitrates, crop rotation and to use modern machines for harvesting. The farmers started using hybrid seeds and pesticides which increased the productivity. They were also introduced to the various government policies and programmes and waiver of loans under the current scheme. The farmers lead to rich cropping, and now they are growing with new techniques and have become prosperous.
